HFB always open its door to people who wants to take up challenges. We welcome students to be attached to us for internship (short term) or even graduates to embark on our management trainee program. There will be a suitable level of challenge depending on the program and a variety of work and support to contribute in a dynamic and fast changing work environment.
Training is delivered in a number of ways, depending on the location and business environment you work in. This could be on-the-job, via a dedicated trainee program, or through coaching from mentors or managers. |
